The film tells the story of a man, Forrest Gump, who tells his biography to random people sitting next to him on a bench. It begins with problems with the mind.
It turns out that Forrest has a low IQ, and most people pass it out right away. From the beginning, the boy is considered a fool and a freak, but he only follows certain principles and values that his mother gave him.
It turns out that despite his "weak intelligence", Forrest is an extremely physically and mentally fit man who achieves more than anyone could dream of. He becomes America's football and ping-pong representative, gets a medal of courage for his services in the Vietnam War, and organizes a 3-year run across America. However, there is only one thing missing from happiness: Jenny, whom he met during his school years. The film captivates with its beauty, faith in people and their abilities. It talks about love and happiness, but also about life that is beyond our control. It is from "Forrest Gump" that the world-famous quote comes from: "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you will find ...". The script impresses with its amazing charm, which is full of this film. The plot is thoughtful and gives a message worth reflecting on.
The scenario is based on the so-called "buckles"; we are talking about a pen that flies to Forrest at the beginning of the film and flies away at the end.
The acting is perhaps the most important part of this movie. Without the endearing Hanks (Oscar) and the charming Wright Penn (Jenny), the film would not have reached such a large audience and would not have wowed its content. Tom Hanks has starred in many great movies, but the role of Forrest was by far the most difficult. After all, Tom dealt with her as well.
